Police have arrested a thirty-five-year-old man in Railway cell in Kasese Municipality, over suspensions of defiling his four year old biological daughter.
Police spokesperson for Rwenzori East Region, SP Nelson Tumusime, confirmed the information and identified the suspect as one Mr. Kisembo Baguma, a casual laborer at popular Mawa market in Kasese municipality.
Ms Patience Kakyo, the victim’s mother, described her daughter’s health condition as scaring, adding that she couldn’t keep silent as requested by her daughter’s family but to make the suspect account for his unlawful and sinful act. Ms Kakyo speaking1……….
Whereas the couple had separated, Ms Kakyo said she left her daughter spend the Christmas festivals with her father following his forceful interest to keep with the victim during the celebrations.
