By Peter Masereka,
As the Diocese of Kasese prepare to animate the Uganda Martyrs Day celebrations at Namugongo on 3rd June 2026, choristers from the three zones of the diocese have begun a five-day joint practice at Holy Dove Vocation Secondary School–Kinyamaseke in Kinyamaseke Town Council, with a call, for teamwork and discipline.
Speaking to our reporter at the training ground, the Diocesan Chaplain for Choristers, Rev. Fr. Mariko Bwambale Kyabughawakere, said the joint practice is intended to harmonize the 25 songs already trained in the different zones. He added that the choir will later train more than 30 new songs as they work towards their target of 110 songs.
