Mr. Deo Isemamba, the Local Council One Chairperson for Kanyangeya Cell in Nyamwamba Division, Kasese Municipality, has asked police to investigate the circumstances under which a 27-year-old Boda-Boda rider was knocked dead by an unknown speeding vehicle yesterday evening.
