A section of local residents interviewed and those who opened up at a political rally in Kanyasabu Kyogha village in Parish, Bwera sub-county in Kasese district, are concerned about the service delivery gaps since Dr. Crispus Kiyonga, the former Defense Minister left parliament.
Mr. Kasumi Masereka, Mr. Longino Bwambale, and Ms Beatrice Ngima, all local residents in the Parish, highlighted the various challenges among community members, including the bad state of roads, damages water and electric power supply systems, as well as unanswered questions by the Uganda-DR Congo cross border traders. In his address, Dr. Crispus Kiyonga, their former Legislator, reaffirmed his commitment to address the water, power and cross borders business challenges he said were within his means should he be elected back as a Members of Parliament. Dr. Crispus speaking……..
