Hon. Florence Kabugho, the Kasese District Woman Member of Parliament, has cautioned the people of Kasese against engaging in politics of hate and divisionism, saying such practices hinder development.

Hon. Kabugho instead appealed to the people of Kasese to embrace politics of peace and unity, which she said have the potential to drive the districtβs development agenda forward.
She made the remarks during her campaign rally at Kibiri Trading Centre in Muhokya Sub-county this week. The legislator noted that there was a time some leaders in the area blocked her from extending support to a group of widows simply because she belongs to a different political party.
