Sheikh Musa Swadiq Baluku, the Kasese District Kadhi has called for the promotion of hard work and savings culture he said were key interventions in improving the living conditions of the lay faithful.

He also asked the lower leaderships among the Muslim community to promote agriculture, including the growing of faster growing crops that do not need a lot of capital but give results in a shorter period.
In an interview with Kasese Guide Radio at his offices at the Kasese main Mosque where women were being trained about the importance of saving, Sheikh Musa warned Muslims against luxurious expenditures and multiple loans he said put them on pressure, are a sources of diseases and suffocate savings.
