Rwenzori East Regional traffic officer, ASP Juma Mahadi has called for more consciousness among Boda-boda riders whom he says could be lured into subversive acts by agents of domestic terror in Uganda.
Speaking to Kasese guide radio at his regional office in Kasese yesterday, ASP Mahad who said they were sensitizing the riders about the current security situation in Uganda, said that terror suspects sometimes fear public means of transport and ready to offer any fare to reach their destinations.
