Despising jobs and indiscipline are some of the cancers fueling un employment among the youth, Mzee Barnabas Bamusedee Bwambale, the Chairperson Kasese district Elders` Forum has said.
In his speech during his committee`s visit of appreciation to Mr. Yofesi Masereka Richman at his family farm in Kanamba village in Karusandara sub county in Kasese district yesterday, Mzee Bamusedee warned the youth against their un ending quest for the limited white collar jobs but rather transfer their energies to the wide range of hands on skills for independence.
Mr. Bamusedee, a communicator by profession who handed a certificate of appreciation for various contribution by Mzee Richman, also asked the youth to be disciplined and exploit the wisdom of the elders to reach their destination. Mzee Bamusede speaking………
Mzee Richman who called for massive investment in commercial agriculture, later faulted developers for concreting their compounds than using it to plant fruit trees and vegetables to improve the health and incomes of their family members.

When asked what he could do if he was still a youth, Mr. Richman said he would use his education to invest in cheap but paying livestock rearing than crossing streets for jobs. Mr. Richman speaking2…….
