The Kasese Municipal Principal Education Officer, Mr. Seth Ahebwa asks the youth to embrace hands on skills and promotion of talents as means to shape their future.
He was quick to remind the young people that unemployment will remain a recurring challenge should they fail to invest in plans aimed at promoting self-reliance and job creation.
In his speech during the graduation Ceremony of over eighty hands on skills students at Rwenzori Cares in Kidodo Cell in Kasese Municipality this week, Mr. Seth said hands on skills were a shortcut to livelihood sources he said should be accompanied by quality work if their services were to be meaningful to clients.
