Ms Justine Muhindo Mutabazi, an assistant Resident District Commissioner for Kasese has warned the youth against luxurious expenditures that frustrate any plans for future savings.
She advised the youth to be focused by accounting for every hour they spend as means to make them more relevant to their families and communities.
Addressing a sensitization meeting of the Parish Development Model strategy beneficiaries at Nyamwamba Division headquarters yesterday, Ms Justine who asked the young people to legalize relationships with their fiancées to avoid inconveniences, later argued them to engage in low cost businesses that will later translate into future savings for improved livelihoods.
