The Community Liaison Officer at Kasese Police Divisional in the Rwenzori East Region, Head Castable Maj. Kitalemire Ramadhan, has encouraged the youth to apply for Special Police Constable (SPC) slots aimed at protecting the 2026 general elections.
According to Kitalemire, applicants should be 18 years and above, with a minimum qualification of Primary Seven, and the application deadline is November 1.
He told our reporter at the Divisional Headquarters yesterday that handwritten application forms should be addressed to the Inspector General of Police, signed by the Local Council I Chairperson, anddelivered to the District Police Commanders in the Rwenzori East Region. Mr. Kitalemire speaking….
