Mr. Tien Tsongo, the Kasese Assistant Resident Commissioner has warned the young people against wrong use of their time, a living environment he said scares away all near them.
Speaking to this radio at his office yesterday, Mr. Tien who promised to use his position to work closely with the youth, asked the young people to define their lives by making legacies through being lawful, hardworking and respectful. Mr. Tien speaking……
