Youth representatives in the Rwenzururu Kingdom have submitted a proposal to the Kingdom Cabinet, urging the establishment of a television station, a radio station, and higher institutions of learning to spur development in the region.
Mr. Kisembo Joram, the Chairperson of Youth in the Kingdom, presented the youth report to King Charles Wisley Mumbere Iremangoma during a courtesy visit to his royal palace yesterday in Habitat Cell, Kamaiba Ward, Kasese Municipality.
Kisembo emphasized that many youth have fallen behind in education due to financial constraints.
