Local leadership of Nyakabingo II in Central Division in Kasese Municipality have blamed the increasing cases of theft to the lazy youth in the area who wish to reap from where they do not sow.
Speaking to our reporter at his office yesterday (12th October 2020), Mr. Isaac Kalyabyuma the local council II Nyakabingo ward who said that domestic animals were at the risk of thieves said that whereas his office was battling against thieves, the right to give bond by police was frustrating their efforts a theft free area.
He also called for openness and vigilance by the local community whose intervention is paramount to have a theft free Ward.

Mr. Kalyabyuma partly blamed some cases of un lawlessness to parents and guardians he blames for not training their children into hands on skills that would in future empower them economically than leaving them atlarge. Mr. Kalyabyuma speaking……
