The Retired Engineer in -Chief of the Ministry of works, Eng. Samson Bagonza has described discipline as a firm pillar that learners should lean on if they were to succeed in life.
Addressing education stakeholders, most of them students of St. Theresa Girls’ secondary school-Nsenyi in Kasese district during their annual celebration of their Patron Saint, Thereza of Lisieux, yesterday, Eng. Bagonza, said discipline helps a learner to have focus, concentration and ample time to consult.
