Rev. Fr. Job Syathamira, the Curate for Kasese Cathedral Parish has asked married women against engaging house maids into their matrimonial responsibilities if their marriages were to last.
In his Holy while presiding over Holy Mass at Uganda Martyrs Nyakasanga this morning, Rev. Fr. Syathamira wondered why some married women currently have lived a Marie-Antoinette life that doesn’t allow them make beds, wash, clean and cook for their husbands.
Marie-Antoinette was a queen of France from 1774 to 1793 and is associated with the decline of the French monarchy mainly by what many historians think was caused by her extravagance and loose language against the poor among other inhuman character.
Fr. Syathamira who asked mothers to give time to their children, partly blames infidelities by men to wives who involve maids deeper into what he called bedroom roles. Rev. Fr. Syathamira speaking …..
He later asked men to be in charge by directing their homes in the right way as family heads. END
