Mr. Erifaz Muhindi, the Kasese District boss has urged women to embrace government programs and also work with their husbands to ensure the development of their families.
Addressing over four hundred Adventist Women Ministries Rwenzori field congress 2024 at Karusandara seed secondary school in Karusandara sub-county today, Muhindi stressed that a family which works together grows together.
He challenged women to work with their spouses and also asked men to allow their wives to work.
Muhindi also asked women to be hardworking and reliant instead of waiting for their husbands to provide for them.
He commended religious leaders in Kasese for partnering with government in the fight against poverty but urged them to further incorporate the message of wealth creation in their sermons.
