Women have been advised to remain committed to improving their skills in order to stay competitive and relevant to their different professional disciplines.
Mr. Fednand Mumbere, an Agricultural Specialist for ACT Women Foundation- Uganda in Kidodo cell, Kasese Municipality observed that when women exhibit extra-ordinary work, helps them to improve their skills and incomes at household levels.
