Kasese Chief Magistrate Court has sent on remand till June 5th 2024, Mr. Misaki Kadenge on two counts of Criminal trespass and malicious damage.
Court presided over by the Kasese Chief Magistrate, Her Worship Betty Ajok heard that on 16th March 2024 while in Kirembe cell in Kasese Municipality, the accused together with others on the run, allegedly trespassed on a disputed piece of land and destroyed cotton.
Speaking to our reporter shortly after court, the Prosecution Counsel, Ms. Peninah Masika from Bagenda and Co. Advocates said the suspect was remanded because the trial Magistrate Grade one was not able to hear their case. Counsel Peninah speaking1……..
