The local council one chairperson for Kizungu cell in Kasese Municipality, Mr. Phenehas Wakibanahi has called for shared guidance whose absence leaves many young couples into un informed decisions.
Mr. Wakibanahi who called for the interventions of the elders in guiding married people, was concerned that domestic violence was turning into a community challenge mainly over young couples whose decision largely depend on imaginations.
His comments follow an incident where Ms Nolious Kabugho 37 left her 9 months baby boy with her mother-in-law to look for her husband for food, but her action was mistaken by the old lady who later called in police to arrest the breastfeeding mum. Mr. Wakibanahi speaking1…..
