The Kasese District Chief administrative officer, Mr. Amis Asuman Masereka has given a one week ultimatum to the district commercial officer to have delivered certificates to enable benefitting groups of Emyooga especially in Kasese Municipality to access their funds.
Addressing community development officers of Kasese district at Mayor`s gardens in Kasese town during assessment meeting for the Presidential initiative program, Mr. Asuman who called for timely updates to the Emyooga beneficiaries asked the commercial officer to have the clearance certificates immediately picked from the Ministry of Trade, Cooperatives and industry to enable the disbursement of the Emyooga funds.
