The Former Ugandan Ambassador to China, Hon. Dr. Chrispus Kiyonga has called for calm but vigilance against the suspected ruminants of the Allied Democratic Forces said to be scattered over the sustained fire by the UPDF and FARDC currently operating in the DR. Congo.
Speaking to the press shortly after addressing NRM stakeholders from Bukonzo County at Kinyamaseke Catholic Church in Kinyamaseke town council in Kasese district, Dr. Kiyonga who was confident that the ADF bandits will be no more with time, later asked the Kasese people to warmly welcome the refugees whose lives and property have been at risk back home.
He however asked the local community in Kasese to advise the refugees into their camp at Bwera Primary Teachers` college premises where their welfare has been guaranteed. Dr. Kiyonga speaking1………
