Mr. Pimako Kasereka, the local council three Chairperson for Nyamwamba Division in Kasese municipality has urged parents and guardians to take full responsibility of their school going children if they were to excel academically.
Addressing the school management committee during the Uganda Martyrs primary school fence project monitoring exercise yesterday, Mr. Pimako who said the 10 million shillings expenditure was under Development Discretionary Equalization Grant, asked teachers and parents to turn the improving teaching environment at the school into excellent academic performance he said can be made possible if each stakeholder fulfilled his role.
