Mr. Zephanous Mubigwa, the Kasese Deputy Resident District Commissioner in Charge of Busongora County has called for continued community support to the People’s Army, the UPDF that has continued to register commendable successes in and outside Uganda.
He commended the UPDF and her sister security agencies for identifying and closely working with the local population to fix most of the community challenges.
While flagging off a cleanliness exercise in Hima and Rugendabara town councils in Kasese district yesterday ahead of the district celebrations slated for tomorrow, Mr. Mubingwa asked the local population not to take the security agencies in Uganda for granted but rather accord them with the required support to fulfill their mandate.

Ms. Hilda Matte, the Hima town council local council three chairperson described the gesture by security personnel to clean her town as un believable, calling for massive support to the ruling NRM whose leadership has ensured safety to lives and property despite some challenges.
