The UPDF in Kasese has intensified her activities in preparations for Tarehe Sita celebrations this month.
The commemoration happens on February 6th each year to celebrate the then National Resistance Army’s raid on Kabamba Military barracks that launched the five year struggle that brought the current NRM government to power in 1986.
In Kasese, the UPDF was engaged in a number of activities, including, general cleanliness of the streets in Kasese Municipal central business center and her surroundings for good health.
The Kasese municipal senior health inspector, Mr. Christopher Kabagambi described the UPDF as a celebrated and professional people’s army that has existed for the safety of Ugandans and their property. Mr. Kabagambi speaking………
