UPDF experts from the force’s construction committee in the Ministry of Defense have yesterday(06.November.2020)surveyed the five acres of land that Government intends to procure for the Rwenzururu King, His majesty Charles Wesley Mumbere Iremangoam for the construction of a Royal home in Kirembe cell in Kasese Municipality.
Speaking to Kasese guide radio shortly after the survey exercise the Rwenzururu Kingdom Premier Rt. Hon. Muranga Kule said the Five acre land that Government plans to buy is aimed to host the Royal home for King Mumbere so that he can always move from his home to the palace which is office for the Kingdom.

He used the same opportunity to disclose that one hundred forty seven Royal guards have already been selected ready to be released any time.
Rt. Hon. Muranga also said out of about two hundred Royal guards who were arrested during the attack of the palace, eight have so far died from the Cells and that plans are in high gears to have the rest released starting with the biggest number of one hundred forty seven.
