A decomposing body of a yet to be identified suspected mad manm, has been discovered along the Kikorongo-Kasese high way in Kikorongo village in Lake Katwe sub county in Kasese district.
No official statement from police yet but the area local council one chairperson, Mr. Doviko Kule, confirmed the incident, adding that the body of a man suspected to have livd with mental challenges, was discovered in his village this morning and police was called in to take charge of the situation.
Mr. Doviko said the body dressed in army green clothes, was discovered by a roaster who had gone into the bushes for sticks for his skewers.
