Ms. Justine Muhindo Mutabazi, the Assistant Resident District Commissioner for Kasese District has ranked Kasese town centre PDM Sacco as the best in Kasese Municipality in implementing the Parish Development Model program.
Addressing the Parish Development Committee members and civil servants today at Kasese town center Local Council one Office, Justine noted that 207 million shillings already disbursed had reportedly benefited 214 members.
Ms. Justine commended the PDM leadership of Kasese town center PDM Sacco for empowering their structures for purposes of fighting against household Poverty. Ms. Justine speaking….

The Assistant RDC however warned town agents and PDC committee members allegedly involved in extorting money from beneficiaries to refund the money or risk arrest. END.
