Just one day Uganda to celebrate its 60th anniversary Independence, the Former Minister of Defense Dr. Crispas Kiyonga has said Uganda’s economy has stabilized in the last twenty years.

Kiyonga said Uganda previously had been been facing persistent wars across the country.

Speaking to Kasese Guide Radio this afternoon at Margarita Hotel in Kasese town, Dr.Kiyonga says since the capture of power by Iddi Amina, the government has been spending a lot of money in security, which in turn affected service delivery to the local community.

    Dr.Kiyonga one on wars……

He urged people to appreciate government for the prevailing peace and security, Health care services, Education, Infrastructural development and Agriculture that NRM has ushered into the country.

    Dr. Kiyonga two on achievements……

A doctor turned politician, said Government’s commitment to quality and excellence is a spring board for better service delivery to the people of Uganda.

It’s a constitutional right for Uganda government to maintain the right level of security to ensure our country is safe, secure and free from threats of danger, crime or other security hazards, Kiyonga said. END.
