A two weeks old baby boy was reportedly found dead in his sleep after the mother who many local residents have described as reckless retuned from a bar in Kidodo cell in Kasese Municipality.
No official statement yet from Police but the area councilor who doubles as the Kasese Municipal Secretary for works and technical services, Hon.
