    Poachers reportedly been killed from Queen Elizabeth National park

    Two suspected poachers are reported to have been killed from Queen Elizabeth National park in Kasese district, Kasese guide radio has learnt.

    Whereas Kasese guide radio continues to yearn for an official comment from Police and UWA leadership, Mr. Earnest Kyamakya, the local council three chairperson for Kinyamaseke town council in Kasese district confirmed the information and said two un identified bodies were lying in Queen Elizabeth national park.

    Mr. Kyamakya who called for alternative sources of incomes, warns the local community against poaching which does not only threaten nature for future use but also risk their lives. Mr. Kyamakya speaking1……

    Mr. Kyamakya also told this radio that another suspected poacher of the same incident he declined to identify was nursing bullet wounds at Bwera hospital. END.
