Two graves in two neighboring areas have been prepared for one body in Bugoye subcounty in Kasese over what has been perceived to be a friction between the widow and a section of family members.
Independent reports have also indicated that the situation had by last evening caused a sharp division of the family, with a section supporting the widow over the burial grounds.
Mr. James Katalikawa, the area local council three chairperson confirmed the information and said whereas the body of the fallen UPDF officer, the late Saulo Muhima 42 had not yet been delivered, two graves had been made in Murambi and Kisanga villages respectively.
He said the widow wants her husband buried at the deceased’s home as as some family members led by the deceased’s mother planning to the contrary. Mr. Katalikawa speaking1….
Mr. Katalikawa who said he was disappointed with people’s more love for the dead than the living, asked families to promote meetings before decisions are made to minimize frictions that many times have negatively portrayed many. Mr. Katalikawa speaking2……
May the soul of the deceased rest in peace. END.
