Two people have been arrested for presenting forged academic papers of Primary Leaving Certificate-PLE to get enlisted to join LDU in Kasese district.
Mr.Zepher Mubingwa, the Kasese Deputy RDC in charge of Buongora County, identified one of the suspects as Mr. Gerald Bwambale who reportedly changed the names and year of completion to indicate that he sat for PLE.
