The Chairperson for the Public Service Commission in Kasese district, Mr. Lawrence Turuganya is in police records for allegedly receiving over six million shillings bribe for a civil service Job, Kasese Guide Radio has learnt.
Police Spokesperson for Rwenzori East Region, SP Nelson Tumusiime confirmed the report without giving any details over the matter that is under investigations.
Mr. Nason Kule, a resident of Rukungu B village in Isango subcounty in Kasese district said he had reportedly given more than six million shillings to Mr. Turuganya through Hon. Joy Mwanzi but nothing had been done to his struggle for a job. Mr. Nason speaking………
The Kasese district Boss, Mr. Erifaz Muhindi confirmed to have received a complaint to the effect, insisting that no fruitful investigations can be done before the dissolution of the public service commission headed by Mr. Lawrence Turuganya, the chairman.
