    Truck kills police officer in Bwaise fatal accident

    The police in Nateete have arrested a driver of a Fuso truck who knocked two police officers, killing one instantly and leaving the other severely injured.

    Luke Owoyesigyire, the Kampala Metropolitan Deputy Police Spokesperson, says the driver of vehicle number UAM 809L was stopped at Nateete and taken into custody as investigations in the cause of the accident start.Oweyesigyire on suspect….

    The news of the arrest comes just hours after a fatal hit-and-run accident involving two police constables who were reportedly on patrol duty in Bwaise at around 4am this morning. The deceased officer has been identified as No 66385 Police Constable Bazibu Sam, who until his death was attached to Kawempe Police station. May his soul rest in Eternal peace. END.
