The Body of the treasurer for Central Division in Kasese Municipality, Mrs. Esther Mulhondi Biira has been laid to rest at her marital home in Kiburara, Kisinga Sub County in Kasese district with a call on the local population to intensify food production for food security and improved incomes.
In his address to the Mourners, a famous agriculturalist, Hon .Dr. Crispus Walter Kiyonga said he was finalizing plans for modal cassava farms at parish levels at all Churches and mosques in Kasese to improve cassava production in the district.
The sympathetic Dr. Kiyonga who is also the former Minister of Defense believes that the one acre cassava garden at each parish would in future serve the local farmers in Kasese district with the required quality cassava cuttings. Dr. Kiyonga on cassava……..
