The body of a traffic officer who was knocked by speeding government car has been laid to rest at his ancestral home in Rusese B cell in Mpondwe Lhubiriha town council in Kasese district with a call on Mourners to impress education to minimize cases of criminality.
Retired Pr. Emmanuel Nzuki of the Adventists in Kasese asked the mourners to be prepared and also educate their children for purposes of shaping their dreams and morals.
Hon. Godfrey Kabyanga, the State Minister for National Guidance sympathized with the Late Police Constable Micah Muhindo’s family in Rusese B cell in Mpondwe Lhubiriha town council, describing his death as a big blow to Ugandans,
The Minister later reechoed the day`s preacher`s message, tasking the mourners and community members to name only one banana thief in the cell with a bachelor’s degree.
He said the increasing cases of criminality were signs of high illiteracy levels among community members who did not only complete school but do not know God. Hon. Kabyanga speaking……….
Late Micah who was knocked dead by a speeding Ministry of Intenal Affairs double cabin vehicle while on duty in Lira, survived with two Widows and four Orphans. May his soul rest in eternal peace. END.
