As schools re-open for the second term today, the police Directorate of Traffic & Road Safety has issued guidelines to road users to ensure safety for all, especially the learners.
Michael Kananura the traffic police spokesperson urges all motorists to follow traffic guidelines in order to minimize congestion on the road.
He also advises parents and caretakers to ensure children below the age of 12 who will be travelling on motorcycles are accompanied at all times and should wear helmets.
