Three People Living with HIV/Aids in Pabbo town council in Amuru district have reportedly starved to death because of the Covid-19 Lock-down.
The deceased have been identified as Mary
Rockia, Jackson Otto and a one Okwonga, all residents of Pabo town council.
The trio reportedly died over the week because of starvation.
Bosco Opiru, the General Secretary Oyab Wangwu HIV Positive Person’s Association, says the 3 are part of 270 positive living persons who were categorised as most vulnerable people of the 3,470 positive living persons in Pabo town council.
According to Opiru, they petitioned the District Covid-19 Task force asking for relief food to support the most vulnerable members of the association in vain. Â
