Three people are reported to have been rushed to Mt. St.Mary’s Hospital in Kasese Municipality in critical condition after a road accident in Kigoro along Kasese-Fort portal high way.
The Rwenzori East Regional police Spokesperson, ASP Ismail Kawoo confirmed the road accident near Twekyo filling station but with no much details till the ongoing investigations into the incident are complete.
Mr. Kasereka Pimako, the local council three Chairperson for Nyamwamba Division, suspects that the accident could have been caused as a result of over speeding by two motorcycle riders taking the same direction but with wrong judgment as they overtook each other.
