A nine year old Primary three pupil who went missing on Saturday last week in Kikonzo cell, has finally been recovered in Basecamp upper cell in Kasese Municipality with a call on parents and guardians not to subject their children to hard labor and harsh punishments.
Speaking to our reporter shortly after presiding over the handover of the young girl, Mr. George Kamuthima Kule, the Kasese Municipal town agent for Basecamp Ward confirmed the information; asking parents to be friendly, calculative about their response and give the appreciate work to their children. Ms Grace Bahati, a woman who recovered the victim said she intervened in the recovery plans on realizing that her daughter was sharing with a seemingly worried minor she later accommodated for safety until her parents surfaced. Ms. Grace speaking………
