Kasese Municipal planner Mr. Wilfred Baluku has threatened to arrest people allegedly planning to construct in the railway reserve near st. Pauls Cathedral church in Kasese town.
Wilfred noted that some individuals have started farming in the land reserve with intention to grab the land gazzated by Uganda railways cooperation.
