There is need to sensitize traders in Kasese Main Market about safety and health precautions.
With the recent fire incidents in Uganda, this is a wakeup call to those responsible to organize trainings.
Hon.John Siriwayo, the Kasese Municipal secretary for works and technical services, says the recommendation was made yesterday by Rwenzori Anti-Corruption Coalition after inspecting the market.
According to Siriwayo, some traders had rejected the central market development plan by occupying gazzated places in the Market.

He appealed to the authorities in Kasese Municipality to compel all traders to observe health and security precautions.
