Rev. Aliphose Bwambale, the secretary for Kasese Baptists Churches` Development committee calls for transparency among the local community members if they were to benefit from funds aimed at neutralizing poverty levels among them.
In a brief interview with our reporter shortly after the Credit scheme launch at Kasese Central Baptist church in Kasese Municipality, Rev. Aliphose said the scheme will basically target low income earners for improved living conditions.
