The Ordinary of the diocese of Kasese, Rt. Rev. Francis Aquirinus Kibira has called for collaborated efforts between the Church and the political wind in finding a lasting solution to the deadly floods in Kasese and the entire region.
Addressing Christians after presiding over Holy Memorial Mass of the late Matia Bwambale that was also broadcast over to Kasese guide radio, Bishop Kibira described the deceased as an intelligent, lovely, God fearing and supportive man feared that the periodic threats of rivers in Kasese district especially Nyamwamba required proper collaborated planning by the Church and government for a lasting solution for purposes of saving lives and property.
