Mr. Zepher Mubingwa, the Kasese Deputy Resident District Commissioner in charge of Busongora County has reaffirmed his earlier call for tree planting he described as the lasting solution against harsh climate conditions in Kasese.
Addressing different stake holders including the Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu Kingdom delegation at the Kasese central division main hall in Kasese Municipality yesterday, Mr. Mubigwa reminded the gathering that the kingdom was named after the precious glacier on Mt. Rwenzori that can only be maintained by conserving nature.
He asked the Rwenzururu kingdom subjects against mare talk about the kingdom but to work for it by maintaining her dignity, including conserving nature to save lives. Mr. Mubingwa speaking………
