The Deputy Minister for Gender in the Obusinga Bwa-Rwenzururu, Hon. Naome Mbambu has partly blamed the increasing cases of Domestic violence to some men whom he said were not only idle over the lock down but want to spend most of their time with their busy spouses in bed.
