    The 4O Year old woman who reportedly beat her biological child to death in Maliba, is under custody on charges of Murder, Police spokesperson for Rwenzori East region, ASP Ismail Kawoo has confirmed.

    ASP Kawoo said Ms Alice Kabibi, the suspect is accused of beating to death, Kambale Blessing for reportedly playing with her solar panel.
