The inspector of schools in charge of Bukonzo county East in Kasese district, Mr. Ezra Birahule is concerned about the low pace of teacher’s effectiveness and learner’s achievement-TELA program.
Teacher’s effectiveness and learners achievement is a new program introduced by the ministry of education and sports in government aided primary schools aimed at tracking teachers and learners’ daily attendance.
Addressing PLE scouts, evengilators and UNEB supervisors at Kisinga Primary school in Kisinga town council yesterday, Mr. Birahule said the district is among those that are not complying with TELA program.
