The District Education Officer Mr. Ernest Thabugha has urged Primary school head teachers to allow their pupils participate in the district ball games competitions slated for tomorrow in Katwe-Kabatoro town council.
Addressing the press today at the district headquarters, Thabugha said balls games help children to expose their different talents.

He said children with special learning needs will be showcasing their talents in goal ball for the visually impaired learners, those with hearing impairment learners will compete in volley ball, netball and football among others. END.
